I was featured on Herman Miller’s Lifework site. I was profiled for their “The Playlist” column where they speak to various designers/artists about what music they listen to while they work and what music influences them. I love everything Herman Miller is all about and it really was a huge honor for me to be featured on their site.
LosAngeles/CreativeMornings was named in the Best of the City 2011 in the January issue of Angeleno Magazine. I was quoted saying “The whole idea behind Creative Mornings is to bring people together in a non-elitist way to talk about design.” Yeah, it’s true. Thanks for the write-up guys!

Art + Commerce is asking various people from all walks of the creative world to choose their “favorite” image from their impressive Image Archive. I was happy to be asked as I am a big fan of many of their photographers. William Abranowicz’s series of photos from an “Island in Maine” was a no brainer for me – choosing that one photo was a little more difficult, but everything about this one I chose is everything I am looking for in my life right now.
