Bluebeam’s Voice & Tone Guide

As we rolled out the visual and emotional brand updates, we also worked on a comprehensive voice and tone guide to be deployed across our company. The guide, created in-house with our Copywriter and Copyeditor outlines the most common places where our employees or partners would need to communicate with our customers. The voice and tone guide stems from our brand voice and ensures that we always sound and feel like Bluebeam, no matter who we are speaking to and where. The guide is being localized and adapted for the UK, Australia/New Zealand, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark. Our Writer and Copyeditor turned my broad thoughts and wishes for this guide into a full functioning piece of scalable beauty.
Results: We have seen brand consistency increase across the board. In our estimate, we have seen +60% improvement in consistency in messaging and social creative using brand.
My role: I created our brand voice and worked with design, development, and writing teams to complete the content and build.
