Bluebeam Life Changing Software

At Bluebeam it is not unusual to hear that our software has changed our customers’ lives. When customers use our software, what used to take two weeks now takes two hours. We worked with our UK agencies, Reed Words and Someone, to develop a campaign that highlighted that moment when our customers realize just what our product is capable of. We wanted to really own that moment of impact our software makes on our customers. The stunned, surprised, shocked, and almost giddy hyper real portraits stood out against the typical stock art focused artwork of our competitors. Similarly, our short localized copy points were a refreshing change from the dense text of many of our competitors. We ran out of home (billboard and transportation ads) in the UK, Australia, Denmark, Sweden, and Germany. The shoot was produced in London, with ad production (design and copy) taking place in our local markets as well as in our Pasadena headquarters.
Results: We saw +40% increase in web traffic and web sales as well as improved brand awareness in our emerging markets.
My role: I worked closely with agencies from the RFP process through conceptualization, refinement, and production. I wrote the casting brief, selected the models, and directed the shoot.
